Foundation isolating with SYLOMER®
Isolation is an effective method for reducing structure-borne noise. The use of Elastomer elements in foundations enables machines or equipment to be placed on the hall floor without the transmission of vibrations.
This reduces the risk of air-borne noise and prevents the function and accurate operation of other machines and equipment being degraded.
SYLOMER® is ideal for this type of application. The static and elastic properties of the material can be adapted to suit specific applications by selecting an appropriate material type, thickness and contact surface.
