Stainless Steel Corrugated Hoses

WILLBRANDT offers stainless steel corrugated hoses without braiding, with single or double braiding, as well as various connection variants.

Flexible and variable use

Corrugated stainless steel hoses are used as flexible connections in industry and building services engineering where large movements need to be absorbed, large gaps bridged or building settlements compensated for. Corrugated stainless steel hoses are pressure-resistant, vacuum-tight, temperature-resistant and corrosion-proof. WILLBRANDT has a diverse range of hoses with and without braiding and various connection variants.

Properties

Applications:

Drinking, hot and cooling water, air conditioning, refrigeration
or sprinkler systems, heat pumps, thermal oil systems, heating and sanitation

Construction:

Parallel corrugated all-metal hose made from butt-welded pipe. Available with and without braiding.

Hose materials:

Standard: 1.4404 / DIN 17440
Braiding Standard: 1.4301

Other special materials can be requested from
for hose and braiding, subject to a corresponding quantity order at.

Temperature:

Application range from -270 °C
to max. +600 °C possible.

Bending radius:

Please refer to the following table for the bending radius. A distinction must be made at:

  • Minimum bending radius for one-off
    bends
  • Normal bending radius for frequent
    movements

different materials on request
