WILLBRANDT has been a renowned supplier of fenders, complete fender systems and sealing profiles for ships, harbours and waterways for decades. Our products are designed and manufactured in accordance with EAU 2012 and PIANC 2002.

Ship and port construction

Fender systems

WILLBRANDT offers a wide range of pneumatic fenders and fenders made of rubber or polyurethane. In combination with fender plates and fender rails, for example, we develop customized fender systems.

Expansion joints

The use of expansion joints is recommended to protect sensitive pipes such as cooling, fresh and ballast water during operation or in heavy sea. Exhaust pipes must also be protected from vibrations. Our exhaust gas expansion joints are used for this purpose.

Bearings for exhaust pipes systems

Exhaust pipes are run ring through the entire ship and ship ceilings. To protect the material, but above all to decouple the source of noise, the pipes are elastically supported. Our dome mounts, tension lock and suspension elements are used.

elBe Boat engine mounts

The elBE boat mounting element series was specially developed for use with boat engines. They are supplied in galvanized steel as standard. A leveling spindle is optionally available for all elements. Depending on the design and Shore hardness of the rubber used, the load range is 11 kg to 880 kg per bearing point.

CAVOFLEX® wire rope isolators

CAVOFLEX® wire rope isolators are produced by WILLBRANDT from stainless steel ropes and aluminum bars. The advantages over conventional steel springs or elastomer dampers are in their high deformation capacity for shock absorption and above-average vibration damping.

Profiles and fender guards
