We have developed special gearbox and generator bearings for the mounting of rotating parts for wind turbines, e.g. the WILLBRANDT generator bearing can also be adjusted horizontally and vertically under load. Offshore fender systems
The WILLBRANDT product range for use on wind turbines includes many special solutions designed to meet the specific requirements of the wind energy sector. WILLBRANDT fender systems protect offshore wind turbines and their deployment vessels.
Generator and gearbox bearings
Our generator and nacelle hood mounts provide vibration damping between the generator and machine frame, reduce structure-borne noise transmission and enable simple height adjustment for precise alignment of the machine train. Additional mechanical breakaway protection ensures stability.
Rubber and sealing profiles
Our product range includes a wide range of rubber and sealing profiles that are used in wind turbines for various purposes such as sealing, soundproofing, insulation, protection, connection and mounting. Our solutions contribute significantly to increasing the performance and safety of wind turbines.
Expansion joints
Three-phase current is converted into direct current in converters. Converter platforms are used both offshore and onshore. We supply rubber, PTFE and fabric expansion joints for the pipelines for cooling water, oil and transmission oil.
