Floating Foam Fenders
Floating Foam Fenders are manufactured out of closed-cell polyetylene foam core and an outer skin made of polyurethane. Different colours are possible.
Polyurethan fender (PUR)
Polyurethane fenders are characterised by an abrasion-resistant and non-colouring outer skin. Many different shapes and dimensions can be produced to suit your application. Compared to rubber, PU fenders with foam have a significantly lower weight with more efficient energy absorption.

Applications
- Tidal harbours
- Quays
- On board
Strengths and benefits
- Customised design possible
- High energy absorption
- Long service life

Donut Fenders
Product description:
Donut fenders are used for mooring dolphins and guidance systems. The properties and functions correspond to those of a vertically arranged floating foam fender. Their construction with internal PE sliding strips ensures good movement on the dolphin. Their closed-cell polyethylene foam core provides buoyancy, so that a constant height above the water level is guaranteed at different water levels. The outer skin is coated with a fabric-reinforced polyurethane outer skin
Advantages at a glance:
- Unsinkable
- High energy absorption
- Good visibility due to signal colours
- Non-marking

Floating Foam Fenders
Product description:
Floating foam fenders are foam-filled fenders used in the shipping industry to secure ships and harbour facilities. They consist of a closed cell polyethelene foam core encapsulated with a polyurethane skin.
Different foam densities allow variable performance data while retaining the external dimensions. The fenders can also be fitted with a tyre-chain net for heavy-duty applications.
Advantages at a glance:
- Unsinkable
- Almost unlimited dimensions possible due to variable production options
- High energy absorption, variable due to foam modification
- Additional protection with tyre-chain net for heavy-duty use
- Attachment to chains, pole or cable systems
- The covers have a closed-cell polyethylene foam core and are encased in a fabric-reinforced polyurethane outer skin
- Different colours possible

PUR Fenders with foam core
Product description:
Our PUR fenders with foam core are available in many different dimensions. The soft closed-cell foam core is encased in a non-marking and abrasion-resistant polyurethane outer skin. This type can be connected by a cuff and spigot system.
