V-belts
Product description:
ContiTech V-belts are manufactured as wrapped belts for strengh environmental conditions and as raw edge belts for maximum power transmission. These belts are characterized by high quality and tight manufacturing tolerances, making them the first choice for your drive systems.
Depending on the design, the V-belts are suitable for temperatures ranging from -55 °C to +130 °C, offer limited resistance to chemicals, oil, and grease, and are electrically conductive and abrasion-resistant.

Timing belts
Product description:
Timing belts represent a form of positive (non-slip) drive and enable synchronous power transmission. They are distinguished by efficient power transfer, with an efficiency of up to 98%.
Because of the wide variety of tensile cords – including glass cord, steel, aramid, and carbon – and tooth profiles such as HTD, STD, and CTD, there is a suitable timing belt available for virtually every drive application.

V-ribbed belts
Product description:
Poly-V belts were developed as an extension of classical V-belts. They combine the high flexibility of flat belts with the efficient power transmission of V-belts. Due to their excellent flexibilty, they are particularly well-suited for serpentine drive systems.
Extreme transmission ratios can be achieved. In addition to polyester as the standard tensile member, aramid cords can be used in profiles PL and PM.
A power transmission efficiency of up to 98% is possible.

Flat belt
Product description:
Due to a greater flexibility and traction, the CONTI® POLYFLAT PU flat belt enables compact drives with significantly smaller pulley diameters compared to conventional drives with steel cables. Drive pulleys with a diameter of 100 mm or less enable the use of space-saving geared motors.
The steel cord-reinforced polyurethane belts are extremely flexible, abrasion-resistant and durable. Galvanised steel makes them corrosion-free, while the polyurethane ensures greater traction and more efficient power transmission.
