V-belt pulleys
Product description:
V-belt pulleys are available in hub and taper-lock versions in the SPZ, SPA, SPB and SPC profiles as well as the classic profiles. In conjunction with our V-belts, you can realise cost-effective drives that achieve a long service life. The V-belt pulleys are predominantly made of grey cast iron and the designs comply with DIN 2211/Part 1 and DIN 2217/Part 1.
Standard pulleys
Product description:
For many applications, simply reaching into the shelf is enough. Cost-effective and readily available, we can realise high-performance drives with standard profiles. You have the choice between Taper-Lock and pre-drilled standard pulleys.
Flat belt pulleys
Product description:
We can provide you with optimum flat belt pulleys for friction-locked drives. The width of the flat belt used determines the width of the flat belt pulley. Due to the crowning of the running surface, each flat belt guides itself. The flat belt pulley is usually mounted via a hole with a groove on the shaft. Depending on customer requirements, we can use cast iron or steel as the material.
V-ribbed belt pulleys
Product description:
As a further development of V-belt pulleys, V-ribbed pulleys are used for friction-locked drives. V-ribbed pulleys are available in the profiles PJ, PK, PL and PM. In some cases, we can use standard pulleys. Depending on customer requirements, aluminium, cast iron or steel is used as the material.

We can supply you with high-quality pulleys in a wide variety of materials, such as plastic, aluminium, steel or grey cast iron, depending on your requirements: Plastic, aluminium, steel or grey cast iron. We are also happy to manufacture pulleys according to your drawings.
