Code of Conduct
We base our business actions and decisions on generally applicable ethical values, in particular integrity, credibility and respect for human dignity, and thus promote transparency, responsible management and control within the company in an appropriate manner.
We expect our employees and suppliers to comply with these guidelines and, if necessary, to adapt their behaviour. Consequences may be imposed in the event of a breach of the Code of Conduct.
As a company, we see it as our responsibility to strengthen human rights, prevent human rights violations and prevent or mitigate the effects of the risks we have identified and prioritised through various measures. This commitment applies both to our own business activities and to our supply and value chains.
Our understanding of responsible behaviour includes the effects that arise indirectly from our trade or that are influenced by our actions. We respect all aspects of internationally recognised human rights. In particular, this includes discrimination, occupational health and safety, freedom of association, fair pay, working hours, child labour and forced labour.
We are aware that the implementation of human rights due diligence is an ongoing obligation. With this in mind, we are committed to continuous improvement. Our declaration of principles on respecting human rights is also continuously reviewed and developed accordingly.

Expertise in product development and manufacturing
Every week, WILLBRANDT develops new products for sometimes very specialised applications. Depending on the requirements of the market, we can fall back on our proven range of products or develop a completely new product. The application engineers always try to find a quick and flexible solution that also fulfils the customer’s cost-benefit requirements. Depending on the product and the scope of the component required, development times can range from a few days to several months.
Reliability in product solutions and services
All employees at WILLBRANDT work together to ensure that high availability and the shortest possible delivery time are given at all times. This applies regardless of whether the product is a production item, a customised item, an assembly or stock items. In addition, great care is taken to ensure that our products can also be supplied as replacement items for as long as possible.

In many respects, WILLBRANDT sees itself as a partner in its customer and supplier relationships. A fair and trusting relationship based on mutual respect is the basis for a successful and long-term co operation. It goes without saying that all legally and internationally recognised regulations and requirements are adhered to.

As a company with many years of success, WILLBRANDT also relies on its economic strength when making decisions. The risk of production or delivery failures is systematically reduced by consistently utilising the various modern locations. Where possible, there is no single sourcing on the purchasing side. WILLBRANDT compensates for any fluctuations in the supply of different primary materials and semi-finished products by utilising its capacities through forward planning, thus ensuring a high level of reliability in planning, supply and delivery to customers.
