Moulded parts
Moulded parts are produced in one pressing operation. Whether a simple press mould, injection mould or injection-moulding process is used depends on the piece number, quality, economy and geometry of the article. By means of subsequent vulcanisation, the rubber is converted from a plastic to an elastic state under the influence of temperature, pressure and time.
The following list contains only a small selection of the elastomer products we produce using the press, injection or injection-moulding process:
- Rubber moulded parts (e.g. made of silicone, EPDM, etc.)
- Rubber-metal and rubber-fabric joints
- Plastic injection moulded parts
- Bellows and sleeves
- Buffers
- Elbows
- Cable glands
- Handles
- Stamped and milled parts made of rubber and plastic
- and much more
